Jenga Bridges Foundation is a non-profit organization which aims to keep every child from a disadvantaged background in school, healthy and well fed.

About Us

Building bridges, one destiny at a time

Our founder heard of the dire need in our communities and started sponsoring a few kids through school. She financed the studies of a few kids as the need arose. As more children needed help, the community leaders made her aware of it and it was clear that the needs were more than she could cover; the kids wanted to stay in school but couldn’t afford to. The alternative was staying at home, and that sometimes meant living without parents, living with parents who struggle with drug use and abuse, or being left for the streets. Our founder quickly learned that school gave these kids a purpose. The kids who once struggled through school because they couldn’t afford to pay tuition; got a renewed sense of hope and excelled through school and arose as leaders amongst their peers. It became clear that keeping the children in school was improving their lives and their family lives. The cause became larger than envisioned, leading to the birth of this non-profit organization.

One morning, when Gregor Samsa woke from troubled dreams, he found himself transformed in his bed into a horrible vermin. He lay on his armour-like back, and if he lifted his head a little he could see his brown belly.
